Pair of joint stools 17th century designs, oak on right antiqued, on left a fresh example in yew wood
Here we have a pair of traditional joint stools - the one on the left is in yew wood and without any distressing to age the surface. The stool on the right is distressed comprehensively. The use of such techniques can help newly commissioned work sit well alongside antiques.
